West Java Anggalarang Natural Process 1 twelve oz bag
A medium bodied coffee that opens up to a subtle berry note that reveals the sweet notes of honey and molasses. Finishes clean and ends with a hint of blackberry. This is truly a rare find. In Java they only have washed process coffee.

Kochere is in a small area within the well-known Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The area contains washing stations where local farmers can bring their coffee for processing after it is harvested. The iron rich soil and high altitude of the region are ideal for growing specialty coffee. Tasting notes: It offers a floral and honeysuckle aroma, bright fusion of candied lemon, pomegranate, lime-citrus acidity with juicy nectarine stone fruit body and white tea overtones. I like it on the lite to medium roast but if you want it dark roast just let me know.

Bali Kintamani Natural Process 1 twelve oz bag
The Kintamani highlands, where most coffee is grown, sits atop a large volcanic plateau. Coffee tree varieties include a high percentage of Bourbon and Typica. The use of pesticides is prohibited on Bali and all fertilizers are 100% organic. This jewel of a coffee stands out with smooth body and overwhelming chocolate flavors.

Sulawesi Toarco Toraja AA
Coffee from Sulawesi originated from the southern part of the island, a region called Toraja. This coffee is produced on the slopes of the Sesean Mountain range. This highland coffee has a high-iron content that is thought to affect the flavors. Toraja's coffee is described as having a high body, nutty or warm spice notes, and cinnamon-like sweetness. The sweetness and body allow for a very mellow, soft and smooth aftertaste. The challenging landscape makes for limited production.

Those who know Bugisu coffee will know that Bulaggo farmers produce some of the best QUALITY on the mountain.However, they lack the recognition and reward that would allow them to truly benefit from their coffee.

Sumatra Dolok Sanggul Peaberry one 12 oz bag
This coffee comes from a direct trade venture with Sriwijaya Coffee, who represent a small collective of villages near the town of Dolok Sanggul. Coffee here is grown in the volcanic soil of Lake Toba, the largest volcanic crater lake in the world. Nice intensity with sweetness and chocolate and a clean finish This is the review info that Coffee review gave a coffee from this area but this one is even better! "Richly and tartly sweet, exotic, complex. Orange, honey and butter in aroma and cup, supported by a crisp back grounded earth note. Round, gently tart acidity; syrupy mouth feel. Flavor carries virtually intact into a long, ringing finish".

Milk Oolong Tea 2 ounces OUT OF STOCK
Milk Oolong like all oolong is a semi- fermented, tea, meaning it is somewhere between black and green tea. This very special Taiwanese Oolong is produced from tea leaves picked at a certain temperature, altitude, soil condition and time which creates it's silky texture. The rolled blue-green leaves have an intense milk aroma, like milk toffee or hard milk candy with a slight orchid floral undertone.

Da Hong Pao Tea 2 ounces OUT OF STOCK
This is not the real Da Hong Pao but a clone from the same plant. The original would be thousands of dollars an ounce. The tightly twisted leaves are greenish brown in color. The orange tea liquid comes with a strong floral fragrance. Nice chocolate taste. To enjoy use one teaspoon per cup filtered water. Switch kettle off before it boils. Infuse for 3 minutes. Can be used more than once.

Yirgacheffe is known for its clean, floral and acidity-driven washed coffees and "high quality" sundried with genuine and unique fruit and berry flavors. There are mainly small family plots of both recently planted trees of improved varieties and traditional old varieties. Organic fertilizer is only used. Although not certified this coffee is sustainable. The Konga Coop has a very well organized washing station in the heart of Yirgacheffe . They have really strong management and is considered as one of the more successful cooperatives in the area. Cupping notes: Jasmine, coffee flower, black tea and citric aromas. Spicy with pointed acidity profile. Has a range of classic Yirgacheffe flavors like bergamot, hints of blac tea, jasmine, rosehip and lemon. It's transparent, lively and delicate with highly complex fruit notes, great intensity and juiciness.

A dry processed coffee, where the fruit dries around the beans, originating in the south-central mountains of Addis Abada. It displays the highly sought after berry notes that can come from this region and process. At a light roast this coffee delivers overwhelming fruitiness, sweet and syrupy strawberry, cherry flavors with earthy blueberry tones and chocolate-citrus notes at the finish. This is a nice coffee but not as rich and full bodied as the Sidamo Ardi.
