I roast weekly  and will roast more often as needed - whatever it takes to keep the product fresh! Our coffee is whole bean to keep it from getting dry. Please pass the word on to others. None of the coffee beans uses chemicals, is beyond fair trade and all of it is responsible. Most of them are cert organic but a lot of farmers can not afford to pay to get certified. Remember to support small and local businesses.
